Don’t miss the upcoming Hollywood blockbusters hitting the Cinemas in Singapore

As we approach the end of the year, the hype around the upcoming movies in Singapore is gathering momentum. Be it Sci-fi, fantasy, action-comedy or what not, the long awaited blockbusters of 2021 are about to open in Singapore Cinemas.

Get ready to grab your popcorn, sit back and enjoy the list of up coming movies in Singapore

Ghostbusters: Afterlife

Starting off with Ghostbusters: Afterlife. In 1984, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis donned the Ghostbusters jumpsuits for the first time. Following the release of their second film in 1989, the franchise’s third installment did not arrive until 2016, with an all-female cast. Ghostbusters: Afterlife will be a direct sequel to Ghostbusters II.

After a new full-length trailer was published, fans got a second look at the film. The teaser depicted a small town being overrun by ghosts and spectres, complete with earthquakes, smoke clouds, and even the undead wandering the streets.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage

Moving on to another gem. After numerous delays, Venom: Let There Be Carnage has finally debuted three years after the first Venom film. Thanks to a strong box-office performance, the sequel was announced not long after.

While the film received mixed reviews from reviewers, it has a wide appeal. Venom is a distinct series when compared to the more disapproving likes of Marvel and DC.

It’s off-kilter and shockingly nasty. Given the quality of the creative team behind Let There Be Carnage, which includes Andy Serkis as director, a third Venom film appears likely.

Venom isn’t one to hold back. It hits all of the appropriate notes. Comic book fans will be in for a treat. Tom Hardy does a fantastic job as a character. Carnage, played by Woody Harrelson, was fantastic. We cannot wait for this one!

Don’t Breathe 2

Don’t mess with a blind man, says co-writer and director Rodo Sayagues in his above-average sequel “Don’t Breathe 2.” In Fede Alvarez’s “Don’t Breathe” (2016), Stephen Lang reprises his legendary role as the invincible Norman Nordstrom, the blind homeowner, and he is the only character from the previous film.

Whereas the first picture provided genuine horrors, this one seems to offer more suspense.

Don't Breath 2 Actor

It’s disputed if this sequel will be better than the first, but there’s no doubt that ‘Don’t Breathe 2’ has the intensity, suspense, and thrill to keep us waiting for the next chapter.

Spiderman: No Way Home

Moreover, Spiderman: No Way Home. The wall crawler’s MCU trilogy appears to come to a close with Spider-Man: No Way Home. If the film’s debut trailer is any indication, Tom Holland’s Peter Parker is in for his most arduous adventure yet in the next picture, which is co-developed by Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios.

Like how the MCU is focusing on long-term storytelling and ramifications rather than a single film at a time. When those who are watching are rewarded for their attention, it is a wonderful sensation.

In retrospect, this trailer made Mysterio a better villain. Because he disclosed Peter’s identity, which resulted in his death and the destruction of the multiverse.
