Finding the right gyms in Singapore

Working out is a way to alleviate stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle at the same time. But Singapore’s unpredictable weather can really put a dampener on your workout plans, going to an indoor gym may be a solution to your workout woes. We’ve compiled a list of gyms in Singapore as well as their locations and current prices.

ActiveSG

If you’d like to work out a sweat but go light on your wallet, ActiveSG gym is the right gym for you. Managed by Sport Singapore, there are over 25 public gyms available in neighbourhoods around Singapore.

Showers and basic gym equipment such as treadmills, weights, squat racks and benches are available. Towels are not provided so you have to bring your own or be denied entry.
One downside is that the gyms get crowded really fast. So if you don’t like to queue for the equipment, we recommend you to drop by only during weekdays and off-peak hours so you can get the most out of your workout.
