National Day Parade 2023 at The Padang

Prepare for an unforgettable experience at the Padang, as the celebrations showcase a brand new Total Defence Parade.

This extraordinary parade will illustrate the six pillars of Total Defence, utilizing floats, military machinery from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and Home Team, as well as captivating multimedia elements.

Alongside this, anticipate the awe-inspiring presence of the Red Lions, the magnificent State Flag Flypast, the prestigious Presidential Gun Salute, and an enhanced Aerial Display commemorating the 55th anniversary of the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

Adding to the excitement, the NDP parade welcomes the Digital and Intelligence Service’s guard-of-honour marching contingent for the first time.

Access: Reachable via Marina Bay MRT station, followed by a convenient SBS bus ride on number 400 from Marina Bay Financial Centre. Car parking is available at Gardens by the Bay.

Gardens by the Bay

Make your way to the scenic waterfront promenade at Bay East Garden, which conveniently connects to East Coast Park through the Barrage. Along its 2km stretch, you’ll discover numerous fantastic vantage points to witness the stunning fireworks display.

The best part is that the garden is open 24 hours a day and admission is free, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fireworks spectacle with your family.

Access: Reachable via Bayfront MRT Station, simply follow the underground linkway.

Please anticipate crowds at the MRT station, but you can opt to rent a bicycle to avoid the masses. Car parking is available at Gardens by the Bay.

Mount Faber Peak

For families seeking a picturesque hike or leisurely walk amidst lush greenery, Mount Faber Peak is a popular destination.

Located there is Arbora Hilltop Garden Bistro, where you can enjoy a delightful dining experience while marvelling at the NDP fireworks illuminating the Singapore skyline.

Marina Bay Sands Promontory, Merlion Park

As crowds flock to this location every year, it is recommended to arrive early and secure a prime seat for an unparalleled view of the NDP fireworks, completely free of charge!
